We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. You can return eligible products for an exchange, store credit, or full refund.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened or partially used products (unless defective)

Jack PetPals Responsibility (Free Return Shipping)

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Wrong item shipped due to our error

We'll provide a prepaid return label for eligible cases where return shipping is our responsibility.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange products for different items!

How Exchanges Work:

  2. Return the original item following our return process
  3. Place a new order for the item you'd like instead
  4. Once we receive your return, we'll refund the original purchase
  5. Your new order will ship immediately

Exchange Tip: To get your new treats faster, place your new order right away. We'll process your refund once we receive the return.

Damaged or Defective Products
